Second reading and adopt Ordinance 2004-12 amending Chapter 25, Article 1 of the Fairfield City Code, also known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairfield, supporting the retail and pedestrian-oriented character of the Core Downtown Commercial (CDC) Zoning District by precluding back office and warehouse-type land uses and requiring that office and retail uses in the CDC Zoning District primarily serve walk-in patrons on first levels, OK on second levels.

Recommended Action: Approve second reading and adopt ordinance. Adopted.
